Julie is trained in various healing modalities but is best known for her expertise in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping). In her private practice, she uses various energy medicine techniques to help clients overcome physical and emotional challenges all over the globe.
Julie has been a featured presenter for “The Annual Tapping World Summit” every year since its inception in 2008. She regularly participates in health and wellness related summits to share how powerful tapping can be in the healing process.
Delia holds a Masters in Psychology and a PhD, which focused on the neurobiology of stress and nutrition among women. Delia shifted her research focus from clinical psychology to nutritional neuroscience upon discovering nutrition’s critical role in mental well-being while completing her Masters. Delia’s research into female stress has been published in several peer-reviewed journals, she is a regular featured expert in the media and her two internationally available books ‘Feed Your Brain – 7 Steps to a Lighter, Brighter You!’ and Feed Your Brain – The Cookbook, are available in multiple languages.
Using her background in psychology, combined with evidence-based nutritional neuroscience and lifestyle neurological perspectives, Delia supports lifestyle behaviour change and stress resiliency within corporates, and for individuals who want to optimize their brain health, via online courses, workshops, and tailored events internationally.
Dr. Leanne Campbell is co-director of the Vancouver Island Centre for EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) and Campbell & Fairweather Psychology Group and is an Honorary Research Associate of Vancouver Island University. Trained by Dr. Sue Johnson in the early 1990s, she has continued to work in the EFT model since that time, and has provided psychotherapy services to hundreds of individuals, couples, and families over the past about three decades. Known for her expertise in trauma, Dr. Campbell has provided hundreds of psychological assessment reports for forensic/legal and personal injury matters being considered before various levels of Court.
In addition to maintaining a full-time private practice, with a primary focus in the areas of relationship strain, trauma, grief and loss, Dr. Campbell currently co-manages a multi-site practice comprised of twenty-five clinicians and is a site co-ordinator for an Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) outcome study.
Most recently, she co-authored the first basic EFIT (Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy) text with Dr. Sue Johnson, A Primer for Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT): Cultivating Fitness and Growth in Every Client, as well as a workbook for therapists training in EFT
